Damaged Order:

If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling during delivery, please take pictures of the damage and contact us within 24 hours. We will issue a full refund for the damaged items.

Food Spoilage:

In the rare case that your food arrives spoiled or unfit for consumption, please notify us immediately and return the unopened items. We will issue a full refund.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order before it is prepared. A full refund will be issued. If the order has already been prepared, a cancellation fee of 10% may apply.
